Mirabella Seattle Opens its Doors
New retirement community welcomes first residents on December 15.
(Seattle, Washington) December 29, 2008 – Mirabella Seattle, a new Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), has opened ahead of schedule in the South Lake Union neighborhood of Seattle. On December 15, 2008, four families moved into their apartment homes, with many others moving in on a carefully planned schedule.
Mirabella is a 12-story residential community for seniors age 62 and better who want to live in spacious, well-appointed Independent Living apartments and penthouses with views of Seattle. There are also Assisted Living apartments that offer additional everyday services, Special Memory Care in all private suites for residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairing conditions, and a full Health Center providing skilled nursing and rehabilitation care in all private suites.
