Mirabella Seattle Appoints HR and Marketing Directors
New CCRC prepares to open its doors on December 15.
(Seattle, Washington) December 1, 2008 – Mirabella Seattle, a new Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that opens in December 2008, announces that it has hiredHuman Resources Director Dave Johnson and promoted Chris Masson to be its Marketing Director.
Dave Johnson has served the senior living industry for 17 years and the human resources industry for 14 years. He was Executive Director of a CCRC in Seattle and is a recognized local and national speaker on customer service related topics. Dave received his Bachelor’s Degree and teaching certification from Seattle Pacific University, and earned his Master’s Degree in HR Development from Seattle University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and young daughter.
Chris Masson is a native of Seattle who was born just 10 blocks from Mirabella. He joined the Mirabella marketing team in mid-2006 and was promoted to Marketing Director in September 2007. Chris has an extensive 25-year career in sales, recruiting, training, and management—where he was recognized several times for high sales. He also owned his own marketing company for more than 15 years. Chris is married and regularly volunteers to support the Seattle Seafair Festival and the Special Olympics.
