A Great Location

Mirabella Seattle enjoys a spectacular location in South Lake Union’s Cascade Neighborhood. The area consists of a wonderful blend of housing options, retail establishments, small businesses, educational facilities, places of worship, cultural venues, restaurants, and an array of conveniences.

Seattle Art MuseumJust two blocks from Mirabella Seattle’s front door is the brand-new Whole Foods grocery store and the five-star Pan Pacific Hotel. Also within walking distance residents will find landmark establishments such as Chandler’s Cove, 13 Coins, and Daniel’s Broiler alongside a host of newer eateries offering food from around the globe. There are over 28 restaurants and cafes within walking distance of Mirabella: the South Lake Grill offers traditional steak and seafood fare and Vivace Café serves fine Italian coffee. There’s also Paddy Coyne (Irish), Feierabend (German), Yale Street’s Deli (New York), Mad Pizza, and Cajetan Deli and Bakery.

The new Lake Union Park, just five blocks away, offers fun for everyone: walking, cycling, boating, community events, and more. The first 1.6-acre phase of the park has been completed; the remaining 10.4 acres will be complete by 2010.

diningSouth Lake Union also offers residential developments designed for people of all ages. The brand-new 2200 Condominiums and Alley 24 are now open, and their first floors are home to a variety of new retail venues including day spas, furniture stores, pet stores, a children’s boutique, and more.

Several well-known local entities are also close to Mirabella. REI is just blocks away, offering everything you can think of related to enjoying the great outdoors. Cornish College of the Arts is also nearby, and Mirabella has already established a relationship with them so that residents can enjoy volunteering on campus and students from the college can look forward to performing in Mirabella’s 300-seat auditorium. What’s more, South Lake Union is already home to the UW Medical Center and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, which is a world leader in research to understand, treat, and prevent cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

Easy Access to Everything
The best part about living at Mirabella in South Lake Union is that you’ll find it easy to get to wherever you want. Our own Mirabella Transportation Program will offer a shuttle bus and a town car that will be available to take you to medical and dental appointments, on shopping excursions, and recreational day trips to local attractions. Mirabella Seattle also offers the Mirabella Auto Share program, a car sharing program that allows residents access to an environmentally friendly hybrid car for everyday use. Residents who sign up for the program can use the Auto Share car just as they would their own private vehicle.
