Progress continues as we approach the mid point of December. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The level-12 deck has been poured in Zone 4 with work progressing on the columns and core as well as Zone 3. The exterior framing is complete through level-9 and is progressing into Zone 1. The masonry veneer is progressing pass level-7 for the Fairview Avenue side of the zone. Interior finishes are underway on level-2 and 3 for all zones, with Drywall beginning on level-5 next week.
