Another sunny November Friday afternoon at Mirabella! The building is getting so tall that I had to change the format on my camera to capture it all. This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The level-11 deck has been formed for Zone 4 and structural reinforcement is ongoing on that level. The exterior framing is complete through level-8 into Zone 1. The masonry veneer is completed up to level-6 for the both Fairview Avenue and the Denny Way sides of the zones. Interior finishes are underway on level-2 and 3 for all zones.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. The completed framing and sheathing for level-8 is visible, with the windows completed for level-6 into Zone 2. The form work tables for level-11 are in place for Zones 4 and 3. The installation of the exterior water and vapor barrier, “Blueskin”, is continuing on the exterior sheathing to allow the veneer to be applied along with drying-in the building.

This is a view from SE corner of the Lounge looking southwest across the courtyard at Zone 4 with Fairview Avenue on the right side of the photograph. This gives you a good view of the brick veneer installation along with a view of the level-11 with the city in the background.
