What a gorgeous fall day in Seattle! This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The level-10 deck formwork tables have been moved into place for Zone 4. The level-9 columns are in place for Zone 3. The exterior framing is about 95% complete for level-6, with about 90% of the windows are installed for level-5. The masonry veneer is completed up through level-5 for the Denny Way sides of the zones. Interior finishes have begun on level-2 of this zone, and sheetrock installation beginning on level-3.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. The completed framing and sheathing for level-6 is visible, with the windows almost completely installed on level-5. The columns and core Zone 3 for level-9 are complete and the level-9 deck for Zone 2 is being poured. The installation of the exterior water and vapor barrier, “Blueskin”, is following the exterior framing to allow the veneer to be applied.
