October is here! This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The level-8 deck was poured for Zones 4 and 3, with the deck framing getting underway for Zone 1 level-8. The exterior framing is continuing up to level-5 with the window installation for level-4 underway. The masonry veneer is completed up to the start of level-4 for both the Fairview Ave. and Denny Way sides of the zones. The interior drywall work for Zone 4 and 3 on level-2 is progressing.

The completed framing and sheathing of level-5 is visible, with most of the windows installed through level-4. The form tables are installed for level-8. The installation of the exterior water and vapor barrier, “Blueskin”, is moving up the building to allow the insulation and brick veneer installation to proceed.
