The transformation continues! This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The floor deck forms are being placed for level-8 was poured. The exterior framing is continuing up to level-4 with the window installation for level-4 beginning in Zone 4. The masonry veneer is completed up to the start of level-3 for both the Fairview Ave. and Denny Way sides of the zones. Notice the Masons working off the level-3 patio deck along Denny Way. The interior work for Zone 4 level-2 is set to begin sheetrock installation on Monday.
Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. This presents a complete two sided view of Mirabella. The completed framing and sheathing of level-4 is visible along through Zones 4, 3, and into 2. The form tables for level-8 are installed for Zones 4. The Man-Lift under construction is visible behind the telephone pole in the forefront of the photograph.
This is a view from Unit 616 southwest across the courtyard with the cityscape in the background. Zone 4 is on the right with Zone 3 on the left. The color change of the masonry veneer at level-3 is evident in this shot along with the progress of the exterior framing.
