Vertical progress continues! This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The floor deck for level-7 was poured this week. The exterior framing is completed along level-1 & 2 with most windows installed. The level-3 exterior framing is substantially complete and work has begun on level-4 Zone 4. The masonry veneer is completed up to level-2 for both the Fairview Ave. and Denny Way sides of the zones. The interior work is also progressing rapidly.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the ever present Space Needle in the background. This provides a good perspective of the complete building envelope. The completed framing and sheathing of level-3 is visible along with the start of the exterior framing on level-4. The form tables for level-7 are installed for Zones 4 to 2.
