September has arrived bringing the glorious blue skies. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. Work continues on completing all of the finishing details on the exterior façade, as you can see the third-level cornice wrapping around the building. Denny Way is opened back up to the public, and worked continued down Fairview and around the corner along John Street for street and sidewalk improvements. As a note, the sculpture is completed for the signature corner and should be installed within the next couple of months.

This is a view from Minor Avenue looking northwest down the block towards the Denny Way elevation of Zones 4 and 3. The Mason is finishing up along Minor Avenue. It is nice to see the masonry being tied into the Denny Street façade from where they began.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. On the left side of the photograph the Mason’s scaffolding is working up their last major area on the building.

This is a view from the entrance to the main lobby, looking across the lobby towards the gas fireplace. Notice the extensive wood casework and elegant details. The reception desk is to your left just outside of the picture.

Here is a view of Café on the main level which is getting close to being completed. The main entrance hallway is to your left, with the courtyard doorways to the right of the photograph. I wanted to note that below the last pendant light on the left is where you will be ordering your Latte’s. I imagined that you would appreciate this important bit of information!

This is another view of the pool area from the spa looking across the lap pool towards the courtyard.

One of the many fine features of Mirabella is our four Guest Suites which your relatives and friends can stay in when they come for a visit. These are fully furnished studio units with street access. This is a view from the corridor towards two of the entrance doors.

An update would not be complete without the most important area of the building, the main Kitchen! Staff will be hard at work in this area preparing your gourmet dining experiences! We are viewing the pastry table with the soup kettle line behind.

Here is a view of the Emerald Lounge where your ambience is enhanced with quality spirits. In this view the bar is on the left, next to the carpenter, with the courtyard vista on the right

This is a view looking east across the main dining area on level-10. As it is evident in the photograph the work continues on installation of the extensive wood casework.

Lastly, we wanted to leave you with the view that unit 932 will experience everyday from their living room! |
