More good weather and great progress! This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The columns on level-6 were just poured. The exterior framing is completed along level-1 & 2 with most windows installed. The level-3 framing has begun. The masonry veneer is completed on level-1 for both the Fairview Ave. and Denny Way sides of the zones. What is not visible in the photograph is the extensive interior framing and rough-in that has been completed for levels 1 & 2.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the ever present Space Needle in the background. This provides a good perspective of the complete building envelope. The completed sheathing and window installation on level-2 is visible. The level-3 exterior wall framing has begun. They are currently pouring the deck on level-6 Zone.

Here is a view from the north tower crane looking S to SW at Zones 3 and 4. Denny Way is the street visible at the top of the photograph with Fairview Ave. N. on the right of the photograph. The level-6 deck and columns are complete for Zone 4, and Zone 3 will be poured tomorrow. Notice the exterior wall framing up to level-3 with the masonry veneer up to level-1 around Zone 4. The Pre-cast veneer is visible along the inside of the courtyard as they prepare to continue with the masonry veneer.
