This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is Zone 4 of the building. The concrete deck for level-5 is currently being poured in this zone. The exterior framing is completed for level-1 & 2 for both Zones 3 and 4 and the waterproof membrane, visible in blue, has been installed in preparation for the pre-cast concrete and masonry veneer. The pre-cast and masonry veneer is visible along level-1. The windows have been installed for Zone 4 and 3 for level-2. Also shown in the photograph on level-1, but difficult to see is that the Store-Front window frames are installed in the openings along both Fairview and Denny.

Here is a view from the deck area of Unit 410 on level-4, looking southwest across the courtyard at Zone 4. This provides a good view of the progress around the entry driveway along with Zones 1 and 4. The masonry contractor is setting up his scaffolding to continue placing the brick veneer in Zone 4. The level-5 deck of Zone 4 is in the process of being finished today.

Here is a view from the living room area of Unit 404 on level-4 looking north down Fairview Avenue N. toward Lake Union. This gives you a good idea of the excellent views inherent to Mirabella.

This is a view looking South down Minor Avenue at the corner of John Street. The exterior framing and yellow sheathing is visible for both the basement level, level-1, and progressing along level-2. The windows have been installed along the outside corner of Zone 3 on level-2 and will continue following the exterior framing into Zone 2.
