This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is Zone 4 of the building. The concrete deck for level-4 is complete and the large form tables were raised up to form the level-5 deck. The exterior framing is completed for level-1 & 2 for both Zones 3 and 4 and the waterproof membrane, visible in blue, has been installed in preparation for the pre-cast concrete and masonry veneer. The pre-cast and masonry veneer is visible along level-1. The windows have been installed for Zone 4 and part of 3 for level-2. Above the level-2 windows on the right side of the photograph is the deck area off of level-3.

Here is a view from the deck area of Unit 428 on level-4, looking northwest into the courtyard at Zone 1. This provides a good view of the progress around the entry lobby area on level-1 as well as the formwork is in place for Zone 1 level-4 deck which will be poured soon. On the lower right of the photograph the newly poured concrete pad on the courtyard is the location of the Delicatessen.

Here is a view from the exterior wall area of Unit 420 on level-4 looking west out across the courtyard and the driveway entrance off of Fairview Avenue. On the right side of the photograph is the entry way and reception area for Mirabella with the form work for level-4 complete for Zone 1. On the left side of the photograph you can see the brick veneer being installed around the courtyard, the installed windows on level-2, and the form tables that were moved up to form the level-5 deck.

This is a view looking South down Minor Avenue at the corner of John Street. The exterior framing and yellow sheathing is visible for both the basement level and level-1. The windows have been installed along the outside corner of Zone 2 on the first level. The level-4 deck was poured this week and work is beginning on the columns for level-4. The exterior framing is progressing on level-2.
