August and the Blue Angels have arrived in Seattle, although we weren’t able to capture a fly-by. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The exterior façade is almost complete for this corner with great progress being made daily. The final sidewalks and street improvements are complete down Denny Way and close to being opened back up to the public. Notice the banners on the Fairview side of the building as we are actively interviewing and hiring quality team members to staff Mirabella!

This is a view from Minor Avenue looking northwest down the block towards the Denny Way elevation of Zones 4 and 3. This is our most finished side of the project which gives you an excellent view of the multi-faceted exterior.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. Notice that the last major masonry area has recently been completed in the center of this facade.

This is a view of Emerald Hall (auditorium) on level-1 which many of you will be visiting soon on your building tour. This is similar to the view you have when you enter from the sidewalk along Denny Way. The doors to the courtyard are just outside the frame on the right side of the photograph.

This is a view of the continuing work in the Pool Room looking across the therapy pool towards the lap pool with the light from the courtyard streaming in the west facing windows. We are getting closer to the final plastering and water fill up of the pools.

This is a view from inside the Mailroom on level-1 looking out toward the corridor. Even with the work underway, notice that the elegant finishes extend into all areas of the resident’s day to day experience.
We wanted to include a view from inside the lobby as the finish carpenters are working hard on the installation of the woodwork. This is a view of the fireplace area as viewed from near the entry door.
Another stop on your upcoming tour is the Lakeview Dining Room on level-10. Work has been progressing well throughout the dining facilities, as the finish carpenters will be starting soon on the woodwork throughout this area.
And of course, a trip to the Lakeview Dining Room would not be complete without a photograph of the magnificent scene that will become a part of your everyday experience.

Here is a view from John Street looking west to southwest, at the grand exterior entrance to the Library. Work is progressing steadily along this north elevation.
This is a view looking east across Fairview Avenue at the undercover unloading area adjacent to the main entry. The main entry doors lead you into the vestibule directly behind the round window.

| This is a view from Denny Way near the Lenora Street intersection looking east to northeast down Denny Way toward Mirabella. This view provides the most comprehensive library of the extensive and varied vocabulary of components used by the Architect to define the exterior of Mirabella. |
