Another beautiful summer day in July! This is a view from the SW corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The concrete deck is being poured for level-4 utilizing the new form work tables. The exterior framing is completed along level-1 & 2 for both Zones 3 and 4 and the waterproof membrane, visible in blue, has been installed in preparation for the pre-cast concrete and masonry veneer. The window openings along level-2 are being readied for the installation of the windows.
