This is a view from Level-3 in Zone 3 looking SW across the courtyard to Zone 4. This is an exciting construction view as you can see the large form work tables that are being used to support the level-4 deck. These tables are supported off of the concrete columns and thus allowing us not to have the 4 X 4 post “re-shores” under the deck after it is poured. This allows the other work to begin earlier in the sequence. Since floors 4 to 10 are fairly similar these tables will be able to be used multiple times. On the lower floor where the “blue-skin” vapor barrier is installed is the location where the mason is starting to install the exterior brick veneer.

Here is a view from the deck area of an Assisted Living Unit on level-3 looking north across the courtyard at Zones 2 and 1. The café/delicatessen is directly in the center of the photograph on level-1 off of the courtyard. The carpenters are building the form work tables for Zones 2 and 1 on the courtyard at this time.

Here is a view from the deck area of an Assisted Living Unit on level-3 looking west out across the courtyard and the driveway entrance off of Fairview Avenue. On the right side of the photograph is the entry way and reception area for Mirabella with the form work for level-3 complete for Zone 1.

This is a view looking South down Minor Avenue at the corner of John Street. The exterior framing and yellow sheathing is visible for both the basement level and level-1. I wanted to call attention to the fifth window bay from the corner on level-1 where we have installed the first glazing unit for the building. Directly below the window the pallets of brick for the exterior veneer are being stored. |
