We welcome in July with this great progress shot of our signature corner. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. This elevation shows the continued progress of the exterior finishes from the ground floor to the roof. The metal panel installation has completed on Denny Way and moved across to Fairview Avenue for this zone. Notice the skylights are now installed at the very top of the overhang on level-12. The final sidewalks and street improvements are almost complete along Denny Way and you can see that the base for the sculpture has been formed and poured.

This is a view from Minor Avenue looking northwest down the block towards the Denny Way elevation of Zones 4 and 3. This is a good view of the most finished exterior. The Denny Way exterior is now about 95% complete from the sidewalk to the roof.

Here is a view looking south to southeast down on the courtyard from Unit 1105. The curbs are being formed and installed for the courtyard planters and fountains

This is a view of the Pool Room looking south toward the exercise area, with the main hallway and exterior courtyard on the right. This gives you an idea of the intricate tile and finishes utilized throughout this area.

This is a view of the progress for the main dining room area. The painting is underway in the back of the photograph and moving into the other dining areas. Finish taping and woodwork installation is preparing to begin in the main area. This view is looking east to northeast with Lake Union out of the windows on the left.

This is a view from Denny Way near the Lenora Street intersection looking east to northeast down Denny Way toward Mirabella. The many varied finishes and multiple planes are very visible from this angle.

Here is a photograph of the main kitchen area on level-10. The walls and floors are finished and the equipment is currently being installed. We can almost smell the gourmet creations!

Being close to the Fourth of July, I included a view of the fireworks barge being towed into position in Lake Union as viewed from the deck doorway of Unit 1103. Next year you can experience the fireworks from the comfort of Mirabella! With our unique location, you will be able to view the Lake Union and Elliot Bay displays simultaneously.

This is a view of the Master Bathroom of Unit 705.

And finally, here is a view of the kitchen of Unit 705. This Resident has chosen the Bisque Glaze cabinet finish and optioned to have the additional cabinets installed under the countertop overhang. This is just another example of the individuality of the homes. |
