June has arrived and the exterior process continues at a steady pace. This elevation shows the progress of the metal panel and exterior finishes from the ground floor to the roof. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The metal panel installation is moving up the Denny Way façade with continued work on the direct applied stucco, railings, and the third level cornice. Work has begun on the final sidewalks and street improvements along Denny Way and Fairview Avenue.

This is a view from Minor Avenue looking northwest down the block towards the Denny Way elevation of Zones 4 and 3. This is a good view of the most finished exterior. Notice the metal panel completed up to the roof on Zone 3.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. Here is the first web update photograph with all of the construction cranes dismantled.

This is a view of the main Auditorium on Level-1 opening out to the courtyard from the doors on the left of the photograph. The interior millwork has been completed along with the acoustical panels. The room is now ready for final flooring.

This is an interesting perspective of Mirabella as viewed from the 25th floor of an adjacent building currently under construction. This is a different view showing the overall extent of the project.
