Here is a view from the north tower crane looking S to SW at Zones 3 and 4. Denny Way is the street visible at the top of the photograph with Fairview Ave. N. on the right of the photograph. The core elevator tower for Zone 4 is visible on the right. The level-2 deck is poured in Zone 4 with cable stressing scheduled for next Monday. The form work for the level-2 deck in Zone 3 is visible adjacent to Zone 4. The structural steel is being installed in Zone 3 in preparation for a pour next week. In the lower right section of the photograph the level-1 Zone 1 deck that ties into the Zone 5 courtyard is visible. The first bay between columns of this new concrete area is the covered drive through area of the courtyard and main entry to the building. The remaining courtyard area to the immediate left of the entrance courtyard is Zone 6, which is almost completely formed. This is the private elevated courtyard for the building and will be covered with plantings, pavers, and water features.

The core elevator tower for Zone 3- level-2 is visible in the upper center of the photograph. The form work for level-2 of Zone 3 is complete and is continuing on into Zone 2. The bottom layer of structural steel reinforcement is currently being placed along with the Mechanical and Electrical rough-ins. The form work for the Zone 6 elevated courtyard is almost complete as shown on the right side of the photograph.

This is a view from the north tower crane looking East at Zone 2. Minor Avenue is the street visible at the top of the photograph with John Street on the left of the photograph. The core elevator tower is visible in the center of the photograph and the inner form for level-3 is visible. Work continues on pouring the next level of columns throughout Zone 2 in preparation for the level-2 deck. The level-2 form work is visible coming in from Zone 3 on the right side of the photograph. The concrete canopies that will provide protection along the sidewalk area of the building are visible in the upper left corner of the photograph, with three on John Street and three on Minor Avenue.

| This is a view from the north tower crane looking West at Zone 1. Fairview Avenue North is the street barely visible at the top of the photograph with John Street on the right of the photograph. The level-1 deck was poured this week completing the level-1 deck of the building structure. Zone 5 the entrance courtyard adjacent to Zone 1 is visible on the left of the photograph. As stated earlier, the area between the two far left columns is the covered drop off area for the main building entry. The form work installation for the Zone 6 elevated courtyard is visible in the lower left of the photograph. |
