Mirabella Construction

Here is a view from the north tower crane looking S to SW at Zones 3 and 4. Denny Way is the street visible at the top of the photograph with Fairview Ave. N. on the right of the photograph. The core elevator towers for both zones are visible with 3 on the left and 4 on the right. The form work is being installed for the level 2 deck in Zone 4 visible in the upper right of the photograph. This is an exciting milestone to be starting on the second level of the structure, as the production will be accelerated after we leave the first level deck. In the lower part of the photograph the Zone 1 deck that ties into the courtyard is visible and notice that the structural steel reinforcement is being installed. The remaining courtyard area to the immediate left of the entrance courtyard is Zone 6, which will be poured after Zones 1.

This is a view from the north tower crane looking S to SE at Zones 3 and 4. Denny Way is the street visible at the top of the photograph with Minor Ave. on the left of the photograph. Minor Avenue has been re-opened to the public for a few weeks. The core elevator tower for Zone 3- level 1 is visible in the upper center of the photograph, and the inner form work is visible for the next lift level. The concrete level 1 deck for Zone 2 was poured this week which was a big accomplishment. This was a 19,000 square foot section, our largest Zone. They are starting to form and pour the columns already in Zone 2 in preparation for level 2. The courtyard form work for Zone 6 is visible on the right side of the photograph.

This is a view from the north tower crane looking East at Zone 2. Minor Avenue is the street visible at the top of the photograph with John Street on the left of the photograph. The core elevator tower is visible in the center of the photograph and you can see them finishing up the structural steel reinforcement to prepare for the next lift pour. The concrete deck for level 1 Zone 2 was poured this week. Some of the vertical columns are being formed and visible on the left of the photograph. The visible yellow items are tarps that are protecting the newly pour concrete canopies that will provide protection along the sidewalk area of the building.

This is a view from the north tower crane looking West at Zone 1. Fairview Avenue North is the street barely visible at the top of the photograph with John Street on the right of the photograph. The form work for this level 1 deck is almost complete. The only form work that needs to be completed is along the perimeter along both John Street and Fairview Avenue as this area has heavy detailing. The structural steel reinforcement has begun along the side adjacent to the Zone 5 courtyard.
