Here is a view from the corner of Minor Avenue and Denny Way looking west toward Fairview Avenue. This view is from Minor Avenue with Denny Way on our left. Our view is across the level 1 concrete deck of Zone 3 towards the concrete deck of Zone 4. Both of these level 1 decks have been poured, cables tensioned, and completed. In the rear of the photograph, below and right of the Space Needle, is the elevator core for Zone 4 which is formed and ready to be poured next week. This will bring the elevator core up to level 2. Work is progressing on finishing up the forming of the next level for the elevator core for Zone 3 as well. Work will also progress on pouring the next sections of columns on these two cores.

This is a view from Minor Avenue close to the middle of the property looking NW to the corner of Fairview Avenue and John Street. Visible in the foreground of the photograph are the stem walls surrounding the Fire Reservoir Tank which forms the base of the entrance ramp to the garage area of the building. As you can see, the slab-on-grade for this area was just poured today. The lowered section visible in front is where the fire protection pump will be installed. This pump will supply the fire protection system throughout the building with water from the reservoir. Behind the forest of columns the elevator cores for Zone 2 (right) and Zone 1 (left) are visible. All of the garage level elevator cores are completed. As you can see the area around Zone 2 is very complicated with multiple levels, stem walls, and extensive underground mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

This is a view from John Street looking directly south toward Denny Way. Fairview Avenue would be on the right side of the photograph. The view is across Zone 1 looking toward Zone 4. The position of the photographer is about 25 feet west of the centerline of the building towards Fairview Avenue. The backfilling has begun around the newly poured elevator core for Zone 1which is visible on the right forefront of the photograph. They are installing the first level of backfill up to the underground plumbing height, with more added after the underground infrastructure is completed. Past the core, you can see the formwork that is being installed in the center courtyard area of the building. This area is lowered from Level 1 to allow for vehicle access off of Fairview as well as providing slope to the exposed deck to allow for water drainage. The poured level 1 concrete deck is visible for Zone 4 and 3 at the rear of the photograph.
