Here is a view from Denny Way looking NW to Fairview across Zone 3 to Zone 4. This shows the progress on the elevator cores, columns, exterior walls and slab-on-grade in these two zones. The capillary break is being installed across the south half of Zone 3 tying into the poured slab on grade of Zone 4. The ironworker on the left is finishing up the final preparation on the exterior foundation wall steel in Zone 3 as it will be formed with Shotcrete this week. The forms for Zone 4 first floor are set to arrive this week.

This is a view from the corner of Denny Way and Minor Ave. looking NW across the site with Zone 3 in the forefront. This is a view of the poured Zone 3 elevator core and poured surrounding columns in this area. The contractor is working on the capillary break installation in this area, preparing for the slab on grade pour. Work is progressing on the exterior walls in Zone 3 in preparation for the Shotcrete installation, as the ironworker in the foreground is finishing up some last details. The mechanical and electrical rough-in work is progressing in the area of Zone 3 north of the elevator core and into the adjacent Zone 2 area.

This is a view from Minor Avenue looking southwest across Zone 2 with Denny Way on the upper left and Fairview Avenue on the upper right. Visible in this photograph is the structural steel reinforcement for the elevator core in this zone. The steel is almost complete and ready for the exterior forms to be installed in preparation to pour the actual core walls. The iron workers in the lower left of the photograph are installing the structural steel for the walls of the large storm water detention tank located in this zone. The bottom of the tank as well as the large strap beams that penetrate the tank are completed, with the walls and lid to be completed next.
