Another beautiful winter day! The progress on the exterior finishes is apparent in this view. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. The masonry veneer is basically complete for the Fairview side of Zone 4 and work is completing up along Denny Way at the level-3 plaza deck. If you look closely you can see exterior railings installed on level-3 along with metal panels (the exterior skin between masonry veneers).

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. The framing and sheathing for level-12 is underway for Zones 3 and 4, with level-11 almost completed with the window installation. The roof area has been sealed along with the elevator cores for Zones 2 and 1, with work progressing on the roof systems over Zones 3 and 4.

This is a view from Fairview Avenue North looking southeast across the street at the main entryway into the Mirabella community with the courtyard in the interior background. This view shows the completion of the masonry veneer around Zone 4 and into the south side of the courtyard. Also apparent is the progress on the exterior framing and sheathing at the uppermost floor, level-12.

This is a view from Denny Way near the Lenora Street intersection looking east to northeast down Denny Way toward Mirabella. The excellent weather highlights the many varied elements of the exterior as they are completed. The rich architectural palette provides interest and scale variance to enhance the exterior experience of the building.
