The exterior finishes are starting to take shape in this view. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. Work is continuing on installing windows and framing of the exterior walls on the 11th Floor.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. The completed framing and sheathing for level-11 is visible for all of the zones. Work is still progressing on forming and pouring the roof parapet walls.

A closer view of the building reveals a little more detail on the progress. Towards the center of the picture you can see the framing of the two story dining room area where windows will be installed soon.

This is a view from Denny Way near the Lenora Street intersection looking east to northeast down Denny Way toward Mirabella. This gives a great view of the overall building. You can start to see the rooftop structures taking shape. Although there is not a lot of change on the outside from last week, inside things are taking shape. |
