The exterior finishes are starting to take shape in this view. This is a view from the southwest corner of Fairview Avenue and Denny Way looking northeast. This is the signature view of the building as we are looking at the Gateway Corner for the South Lake Union Neighborhood. This is known as Zone 4. As you can see all forms have been removed from the 12th Floor and windows have been installed up to 9th Floor.

Here is a view looking west to northwest down Denny Way toward Mirabella, with the Space Needle in the background behind Zone 4 on the left. The completed framing and sheathing for level-11 is visible for all of the zones. All deck forms have been removed from the roof decks and work is still progressing on forming and pouring the roof parapet walls, with the first crane scheduled to be dismantled on Feb. 29.

This is a view from Fairview Avenue North looking southeast across the street at the north side of Mirabella. The exterior framing is completed for level-10 with work starting on level-11. The steel structure is being placed along the outside wall of the two story dining room area on level-10, which is visible in the center of the building at the top.

This is a view from Denny Way near the Lenora Street intersection looking east to northeast down Denny Way toward Mirabella. This gives a great view of the overall building. You can start to see the rooftop structures taking shape.

What you can not see in these photos is the work being done on the interior. The 2nd floor and 3rd floor are nearing completion of final finishes. Cabinets, countertops and flooring has been installed up to the 4th floor. |
