View from Denny Way looking NW to Fairview at Zone 4. This shows the progress on the elevator core and columns in this zone. All of the underground plumbing, mechanical, and electrical is in place and the area has been backfilled and compacted up to sub-grade height. Work is continuing on the exterior walls in Zone 4, which will be formed with Shotcrete during the week of February 12th.

View from the corner of Denny Way and Minor Ave. looking NW across the site with Zone 3 in the forefront. This is a view of the contractor working on the structural steel reinforcement for the Zone 3 elevator core. The steel will be completely installed this week in time to pour the first concrete lift for this zone, up to the first floor level.

| View from John Street looking SE toward Minor Ave. This is a view of the base section and newly poured concrete footing of the second tower crane. The second tower crane needed to continue the work in Zones 1 and 2 as the first tower crane cannot reach this area. The second tower crane is scheduled for installation on the week of February 19th dependent on all third party inspections being completed. The whole lower section of the crane is poured into the concrete base footing which is over six feet thick. |
