This is a view looking down at the elevator core of Zone 4 at the corner of Fairview (top) and Denny (left). The footings are installed and work is progressing for the first floor walls for the elevator tower. Underground utility work is underway for the under slab and wall drainage.

This is a view looking down at Zone 3, the corner of Denny (right) and Minor Ave. (top). Work is continuing on installation of the structural reinforcing steel in the large mat footing for the elevator core for this zone. Some additional spread footings are in, and all footings are excavated.

| This is a view looking down at Zone 1 (left) and Zone 2. John Street is across the top of the photograph with Minor on the right and Fairview on the left. Mass excavation is completed throughout the site with the structural excavation completed as you can see, in Zone 2 (right side) and beginning in Zone 1. Zone 2 has the excavation completed and ready to install the mat footing for the elevator core. Directly above the last track hoe is the start of the excavation for the second tower crane. |
