As one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit senior-living providers, Pacific Retirement Services (PRS) is always looking for ways to enhance and enrich life for the seniors who live in its communities. One of the ways we do that is by listening carefully to what the seniors of today want in their living accommodations.
What we’ve found is that people today are looking for residences that are larger than what is typically found in senior housing. In designing Mirabella, PRS took this into account. That’s why you’ll have a variety of floor plans to choose from—some with nearly 2,000 square feet of living space.
We’ve also learned that people want the same fine amenities and high-end appointments found in the finest homes, things such as slab granite countertops, walk-in closets, gas fireplaces, and wine refrigerators. At Mirabella, residents will have all of this and more!
