SUSTAINABILITY
The South Waterfront neighborhood is one of the “greenest” and most energy efficient neighborhoods in the nation. The entire South Waterfront is striving to achieve a Leadership for Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) for Neighborhood Development certification, which is a rating system that integrates smart growth, urbanism and sustainability, and encourages healthy living. South Waterfront residents will benefit from access to handy Car Share Programs, convenient public transportation options, and walking and biking paths.
Mirabella Portland is proud to participate in environmentally sound practices and is designed to achieve a LEED Platinum certification. Residents will benefit from water savings, energy conservation, high indoor air quality, access to alternative modes of transportation.
