Development Team
Developer/Manager: Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS),
is a not-for-profit corporation headquartered in Medford, Oregon, that develops, operates, manages, and markets a family of 46 retirement communities and service organizations in
Oregon, Washington, California and Texas. These include six Continuing Care Retirement Communities (Mirabella is the seventh), two managed retirement communities, and twenty-four affordable housing communities.
Partner: PRS has been working closely with OHSU to bring quality senior housing to the new South Waterfront District. This relationship will continue, with OHSU offering residents health care and wellness services at the new OHSU Center for Health and Wellness, and partnering with PRS to collaborate on new health innovations that benefit today seniors.
Architects: Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects, which has been headquartered in Portland since 1983, specializes in senior housing in Oregon and sustainable urban designs, including its contributions to the Pearl District of Portland.
Construction: Hoffman Construction Company, with headquarters in Portland, has been serving the U.S. and the world for 75 years.
