Mirabella Portland is being developed by the team at Pacific Retirement Services, Inc. (PRS), a not-for-profit organization located in Medford, Oregon. PRS is nationally recognized as a leader in the senior-living industry. We specialize in developing and operating Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) and affordable senior housing communities throughout the United States.

PRS has been working closely with Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) to bring quality senior housing to the Portland’s South Waterfront. This collaboration will advance new health innovations that will benefit seniors Nationwide. OHSU offers residents access to healthcare and wellness services at the new OHSU Center for Health and Healing.
