This view is looking southeast towards Mirabella taken from the 15th floor observation deck of the OHSU Center for Health and Healing. Work continues vigorously on completing the exterior facade of Mirabella. The window wall system has now been placed through level-28.

This view of Mirabella is looking southeast towards the northwest corner of the building, taken from the park above the OHSU parking garage. Exterior balcony railings are now being installed through level-20, at the end units of the tower. The plastic protection that covers multiple balconies (center of photo) provides weather protection, which allows for deck coatings to be applied to the exterior balconies.

This is a view looking northwest along the east and south façades of Mirabella taken from the corner of SW Pennoyer and SW River Parkway. Work is ongoing to place CSMU (calcium silicate masonry unit) at the upper floors of the south side of the tower. CSMU is the masonry component of the façade system and is currently being installed at level-28 (top of photo).

Work is now taken place on the eco roofs throughout the building. This view shows the recently placed soil for the eco roofs on top of the lower mechanical penthouse (center of photo) and on the roof of the southeast corner of level-6. The large roof (lower left of photo) of level-6 will also have the eco roof system.

The above photo is of the level-1 classroom / auditorium, looking south east. This room has recently been cleaned as work in this area is nearing completion.

This view is of the sitting area and fireplace located at the south end of the library, located on level-1.

This view is of the reception area at the level-1 entry to Mirabella. The main reception desk will be located in the center of the above photo. The striking terrazzo flooring has recently been completed at this location. This flooring type is located through the lobby and main entry corridor of level-1. Finish wood work is beginning at the area behind the future reception desk.

This view is of the finished level-6 corridor that connects the terrace (south half of Mirabella) to the tower (north half of Mirabella). Finish work in the corridors continues throughout the tower. Corridor carpet has been installed through level-14.

This is a view of an apartment-home located at the south side of level-4. The punch process, which is a review of finished work, is now starting through out the lower floors of Mirabella.

This is a view of a level-4 apartment-home located at the southwest corner of the terrace.

A beautiful spring day as work continues in the South Waterfront. This view is looking northeast, across the park, toward Mirabella’s west façade taken near the corner of SW Moody and SW Gaines.
