A perfect February day in the South Waterfront, this view is from the Portland Aerial Tram’s upper terminal looking east towards Mirabella and its neighbors. The Willamette River, East Portland and Mt Hood are also visible.
This is a closer view of Mirabella and the South Waterfront neighborhood as seen from the Portland Arial Tram’s upper landing station.
This view is looking southeast towards Mirabella taken from the 15th floor observation deck of the OHSU Center for Health and Healing. Work continues on the window wall installation. Windows are going in on level-24 and level-25.
This view of Mirabella is looking southeast towards the northwest corner of the building, taken from the park above the OHSU parking garage. Exterior balcony railings are now being installed through level-12, at the end units of the tower.
This view shows the progress taking place at the upper floors of Mirabella. Exterior metal stud framing has reached level-28 of the tower. Exterior gypsum sheathing (the yellow portion of the façade system) and the vapor barrier (the black portion of the exterior façade) have also reached level-28. Visible at the top of the building is the ongoing work to erect the steel for the level-31 mechanical penthouse. This view of Mirabella is from the southwest taken from the corner of SW Moody and SW Gaines looking northeast, from the 22nd floor of the Riva building.
Site work continues around Mirabella, this view is of SW River Parkway (Mirabella’s east façade) looking north. Concrete sidewalks have recently been poured and pavers have been placed. Soil is now going in for landscaping along SW River Parkway and Pennoyer St (Mirabella’s south façade).
This view is from the entry corridor looking west towards the lobby, reception area and the doors leading into the level-1 café. Work is nearing completion on the decorative polished plaster, which is visible on the columns and walls. Prep work for the terrazzo flooring is now taking place, with the installation of the Barrisol Stretched Ceiling system to follow.
This view is of the level-2 kitchen. Work is now taking place on the installation of kitchen equipment from P2 through level-3.
Corridor carpet has been installed through level-6 of the podium (south half of Mirabella). This view is of the east corridor of level-6 looking south.
Work on Mirabella is continuing at a rapid pace! This is a view looking north east towards Mirabella taken from the corner of SW Gaines St and SW Macadam Ave.
