Construction is Under Way!

This view is looking southeast towards Mirabella taken from the 15th floor observation deck of the OHSU Center for Health and Healing. Now that the building has topped out, work will begin on the rooftop mechanical penthouse which houses many of the buildings main mechanical systems.

This view of Mirabella is from the southwest taken from the corner of SW Moody and SW Gaines looking northeast, from the 22nd floor of the Riva building. This provides an opportunity to view the continued progression of the level-5 rooftop terrace.

This is a view looking northwest along the east façade of Mirabella taken from the corner of SW Pennoyer and SW River Parkway. The window wall system is now installed through level-23, with interior metal stud wall framing now taking place at level-22.

This view is of the Prep Kitchen located at the parking level. Recently completed work includes; installed Stonhard flooring, FRP installation (wall covering), light fixtures along with the walk-in freezer and coolers (not visible). Work is now taking place on the installation of the stainless steel kitchen equipment.

The above photo is of the level-1 classroom / auditorium, looking south east. Floor coverings, including carpet and wood floor, are now being installed. This photo shows ongoing carpet installation (which is being covered with white plastic for protection) as well as wood floor placement. The wood flooring will run the length of the window wall and will also include the radius outline visible at the center of the above photo.

Corridor carpet is being installed through level-6 of the podium (south half of Mirabella). This view is of the east corridor of level-4 looking south as work begins on the corridor baseboards.

This is an interior view of a level-12 apartment-home, at the south east corner of the tower. The baseboards and door casing have recently been painted throughout level-12 which allows for carpet installation. This photo shows the installed carpet pad with the carpet rolls, which are ready to be placed.

This view is looking east from the exterior decks located along the south side of level-25. The form work that is taking place is for the concrete planter walls that run along the south edge of level-25. Also visible in the above photo is the exterior metal stud wall framing (center left), which has now reached level-25. The roof-top of the Meriwether West Tower is visible at the right center of the above photo, with Mt. Hood looming on the horizon!

This is a close up view of the fireplace wall located on the level-5 community roof top deck. Work continues on the placement of the basalt stone veneer for the fireplace wall and the outdoor barbeque area which is located on the backside of the fireplace wall.

A beautiful late January day in the South Waterfront! Mirabella continues to transform and take its place in the South Waterfront skyline. This is a view looking north east towards Mirabella taken from the corner of SW Gaines St and SW Macadam Ave.
