Construction is Under Way!

Mirabella continues to climb at a rapid pace! Formwork is now taking place for the level-25 post-tension slab. This floor is scheduled to be poured on Tuesday November 03 2009. The window wall system is now being installed through level-16. This aerial view is looking southeast towards Mirabella taken from the 15th floor observation deck of the OHSU Center for Health and Healing.
Construction is wrapping up on the Elizabeth Caruthers Park which is adjacent to Mirabella. The above photo shows the progress of the park, which is scheduled to open later this fall (2009). This view is taken from the 15th floor of the OHSU Center for Health and Healing.
This is a view looking south at the north and east façades of Mirabella from the corner of SW River Parkway and SW Whittaker. Windows have been installed at Mirabella through level-16 (center of photo), exterior railings are going in at level- 15 and exterior metal stud framing has reached level-19.
Interior finishes continue at various stages throughout Mirabella. This is an apartment-home at the south east corner of level-4. Carpet has been installed from level-2 through level-5 of the podium, in the above photo the flooring has been covered for protection. Interior finish work is nearing completion from level-2 through level-4 of the podium.
The above photo shows recently installed appliances at a level-4 apartment-home. Appliances have been delivered and installed through level-6 of the podium, south half of Mirabella.
Finish work, including millwork, continues at level-1. This is the reception desk that leads into the Mirabella staff / management offices located at the southeast quadrant of the first floor. Carpet has recently been installed as well as the t-bar ceiling.
A pleasant fall day as work continues, the leaves are changing almost as fast as Mirabella is changing! This view is looking southeast towards the northwest corner of the building, taken from the park above the OHSU parking garage.
