Construction is Under Way!

Following the thaw, the Mirabella at South Waterfront jobsite continues forward and upward with structural concrete work. The above view of Portland’s South Waterfront District is looking southward from the 15th floor eco-terrace of the OHSU Center for Health & Healing.
A bird’s-eye view of the construction site from the northwest. Placement of concrete for the Level 4 southeast quadrant post-tensioned slab has just been completed (center in photo), while preparations for Level 4 southwest quadrant are in progress. At the northern half of the site, Garage Level slab-on-grade is 100% complete, while the application of remaining shotcrete (obstructed in photo) nears completion. Also progressing at the northern half of the site is formwork for the Storage Mezzanine slab, Ground Floor slab, and garage access ramp.
